"This State Farm Insurance Office has been the best! My son had lost his wife with Covid, he sold his house but failed to cancel his insurance and they have helped me in getting the information needed to get this canceled and the refund! All I said was how can I do this and Rebecca jumped in and told me the paperwork needed and who could help me get this, but she also got the contact number for me! Wow she was such a great person to just jump in and help. Thank you so very much ❤️"

"I hate to say this but I’m not happy at all with their service. I switched over from GEICO to save money. It’s been since April and I just found out yesterday that I have been paying them almost 500.00 a month and they didn’t even have all my kids listed as drivers! Not only that my fees kept going up. I know I gave them all my information for my kids. I’m furious! I hope they fix it but if this continues I will change to someone else. No apology has ever been given, just attitude."

"After over 30 + years with another national company, and carrying coverage for two homes, several cars, umbrella, etc. I just got completely fed up with "customer -no-service" - never getting a person that actually knew anything about our account. I switched over to Jey Willis and it's been a complete turn-a-round. They are responsive, cordial, and love the team!"

"The Lady in the phone is so rude, this is the 3rd time I have talked to her, there is a wonderful lady that does work there, but the one I just talked to is absolutely rude... I'm changing my insurance just so I don't have to speak to her again..... My days are hard enough without a person like this...... Period"

"I have been working with this insurance agency for many years because my husband has been a long time customer. He has a lot of confidence in them. I have not had great response times or accurate professional service. Their business is insurance and I expect to have my policies accurately handled. I went to see them 2 weeks ago and they said it would be another two weeks before I had my name corrected in their system. I came to them hoping I wouldn't have to research other companies. I guess now I'll be calling Farmers and Allstate."
